The Cornell Johnson affinity group for  Neurodivergent and disabled STUDENTS AND THEIR Allies

Who we are

At Johnson, we believe that we're at our best when we work together, and this community spirit is at the heart of everything we do. Our goal is to create an open and empowering space for neurodivergent and disabled students and their unique needs.

We're a student-run, member-centric club that provides targeted recruiting resources, connections to supportive alumni, and a forum to share your experiences if you so choose.

Access Johnson is a group for everyone who wants to support our mission. Not only will you never have to share your neurodivergence or disability, but you also don't need either to participate! We welcome allies of all stripes to our cause.

Dear Future Classmate

Starting an MBA can be daunting. From moving to a new city to settling in as a full-time student, there are countless hurdles to clear. We're here to provide prospective students with an honest and authentic perspective on living in Ithaca and attending Cornell Johnson.

Reach out to us at accessjohnson@cornell.edu to learn more!

We also encourage you to confidentially connect with Johnson's Office of Diversity and Inclusion. Doing so will allow them to communicate with you more effectively and better address your needs or concerns.
